Banksy again

Another new Banksy, or at least one I've not noticed in this position before, near the Mount Pleasant Royal Mail offices. The placard says "always faile". Apologies for the angle but it was taken from a moving cab. Of course in London traffic a "moving cab" still gave me plenty of time to notice the stencil, dig my camera out, fiddle with the settings, focus and take several shots, fiddle some more etc.

On a roll

Feel a bit more posing wouldn't

go amiss so here's my artistic

side coming to the fore.

Is this pushing the boundries

of the stickerthing universe?

Or am I in danger of coming unstuck?

Or worse, meeting a sticky end?

Yo! Tell me...

Spotted this disaffected spokesman for a generation in the entrance to Hardwax-best record store in the world. Discuss.(Paul-Linke Ufer, Berlin) Feel the quality...(not the quantity)

Blockhead

Spotted this Easter Island stylee breeze block, embedded into the ground next to a school tennis court in Gardens, Cape Town. Took the picture on black and white film, which mysteriously came out sepia. Could it be the power of the rock, bending light to its ancient will, or just poor development at the Waterfront Kodak shop? I guess we'll never know.

old banksy

I have to admit to a serious Banksy fetish meself. Y'know; the one where you have all his books and visit the website and wish there was any way in the world you could think of half the stuff he does? No? just me then.

New Banksy on the Pentonville Rd...

Good old Banksy, it's very similar to the one he's done on TCR which was on Wooster the other day, but he's added a flesh colour... not sure if he placed the cones too... but I'd like to think so!

Quit...No

So, I’ve not posted anything for a while - for which I am very sorry. But the thing is… I’ve actually been busy working (during working hours at least!)
These guys pretty much sum up my current state of mind!

And while we're talking about boring work things... have you seen UCL are embrasing street art... what's that about?

Salad days

Curious to see salad fingers creeping through the crowd at Monsters of Rock, he stuck out amongst the sea of black and blood thirsty demons. Not many spoons for him alas.

the old ones are the best

ahhh...

it reminds me of those old Graffitti books from the 80's probably by Nigel Rees or summat, if I remember correctly.
